Summary/Abstract: The paper published a new Old Rus’ heraldic pendant — a sign of credence owned by an official of the “Rurikovhiches’ state”. Good preservation of the object helped to clarify the description and understanding of the two previously known heraldic pendants, as well as return to the problem of the legal status of the heraldic pendants with the image of Prince’s emblems on both sides. The emblems of the Grand Duke and prince-regent combined on the same credential badge testify the authority of the owner of the pendant to act on behalf of the prince-regent, whose rights are defined by the supreme ruler of the state. Pendants with images of the emblems of the two princes-governors on both sides materialized the authority of the duumvur-princes who at different times were collective governors of the Grand Duke in the lands of Northern Rus’.
