Summary/Abstract: The care for the shape of today’s Christian family life leads to the question: What truths should be taught about the idea of communion within marriage and family to build a solid foundation of these relationships? The Polish bishops’ Holy Family Sunday message (26 December 2010) reflects their care for these problems. The aim of the article is to discuss the main issues of the message, which are the creating of marital and family communion based on God.
