Relationship between Spiritual Intelligence with Work Conscience and Communicative Skills of Managers in Zahedan City

Summary/Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between spiritual intelligence with work conscience and communicative skills of managers in the academic year 2016-2017 in Zahedan city. The research method regarding its purpose was functional and regarding type of execution was descriptive-correlational. Statistical population included all school principals about 400 individual, out of which 196 were selected using Cochran formula. In collecting data 3 standardized questionnaires namely, spiritual intelligence questionnaire of Abdollahzadeh (2007), Costa and McCrae work conscience questionnaire (1992) and managers' communicative skills questionnaire of Barton (1990) was used. In analyzing data, Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis using Spss21 software were utilized. Findings showed that there is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence with work conscience and communicative skills of managers in Zahedan city.
