Protection of personal risk in employees group insurance

Summary/Abstract: Personal risks of individuals may be covered under social and business insurance. The purpose of this paper is to find out whether group life insurance for employees may add to their social security. The comparison addresses the kinds of insurable risks and the types of benefits offered with group life insurance for employees. Our research may support the conclusion that employee group insurance has a supplementary role to the social insurance.
