Summary/Abstract: The main goal of this article is to present the barriers faced by mobile technology from the individualusers’ perspective. The paper bases on the author’s own research conducted in 2017 among the studentsof the Warsaw University. The article presents a short description of the mobile technology market bothin the context of the home market and worldwide. The main part of the paper is devoted to a detaileddiscussion of the barriers associated with the use of mobile technologies and the presentation of results.
