Summary/Abstract: At the beginning of the study, the author makes essential definitions about Hungarology as a discipline, and then outlines some typical Hungaro-scientific aspects. The paper summarizes the most important aspects of cultural identity conceptually and emphasizes the concrete results that are the most relevant to Hungarian minority ethnicity. Finally, the author points out the prospective tasks that require further research.
