Summary/Abstract: Quantitative changes of histidine (His) in the еrytrocites and blood plasma of the rats with carcinoma Geuren Т8 are described. It is stated that under influence of tumors the essential increase of the His concentrations occurs. Under injection of the Rhenium (III) complex the amino acid concentration decreased to the normal level in comparison with the group, for which the сys-platinum was used as an antitumor factor.
