Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to show the consumers behaviour influence on creation of the strategy in tourist enterprises. Success of tourist enterprises depends on the proper formation of relations with customers, adaptation to their expectations, and also skilful creating the needs. The knowledge of these dependences becomes particularly indispensable in the activity of tourist enterprises, especially in working out of the product and price strategies.
