Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on the results of research on the preferences and attitudes of buyers of organic food in terms of organic food stores. The factors determining the choice of place of purchase organic food were identified; also preferred channels of distribution. The main in general are location and range of assortment. When we analyze preferences in three different segments of organic food buyers we may find, that trust and possibility to make other shopping are also very important for moderate or susceptible buyers. Price is not mentioned by most of the respondents, the same with sales promotion.
