Summary/Abstract: In this article the author presents how the media turns, how it changes the meaning of signson the online interactive platforms. It is analyzed the history and role of the images on socialnetworking sites, the role of the fonts and „emoticons” on diff erent operating systems. It is discussedthe credibility of images vs. the credibility of texts. The author concludes that we need new skills toaccess the eternal challenges of the new media.
