Summary/Abstract: In this paper we characterized SIMALTO scale by describing its essence, construction and applications. Then with reference to several characteristics of work of dean’ office we develop the scale and conduct a survey among students by using it. This allows us to demonstrate the following issues: construction of the scale, a way of data analysis and presentation of results obtained with help of it, drawing practical conclusions coming from results received from the scale. In the ending we tried to point out some advantages and disadvantages of SIMALTO scale.
