Stakeholders in the Health Care System Role of the State

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to present and to highlight the responsibility of the state for health care. The author points out a variety of interests and a broad list of stakeholders. The author shows the assumptions and goals of the primary hospital care system (PES) as an example of a state policy instrument. In a synthetic way, he is about to clarify the proposition of the role of the state in health care system.
