Work as a Criterion for Assessing the Effectiveness of Human Resources Management in an Enterprise

Summary/Abstract: The growing role of employees in today’s businesses and the links to this increase in workforce needs to be adequately altered in the management of human resources. These resources are the most expensive intellectual component from the rest in the market spike. Increasing labor costs should be handy to get rid of high quality work. Conducting research in four sectors (mining, manufacturing, construction and equipment) has demonstrated the inhibition of unambiguous linkage with work effects. This demonstrates the underestimation of efficiency in economic management.
