Summary/Abstract: The economics of trade cannot be based solely on financial data. It must also take into account the psychological aspect of consumer behavior. The article presents the consumer behavior in the market for services according to the division at reflective, habitual and unplanned behavior. It shows the strategies of consumer decisions. It also presents the marketing tricks used by sellers who apply the psychological knowledge about determinants of consumer behavior.
