Summary/Abstract: The author has indicated the sense of legal economy in the broad and narrow sense. The article characterizes the role of legal consulting as a form of paid legal assistance and public regulator of economic behavior of business entities. The author substantiates general, infrastructure and imputed functions of legal consulting.
