Summary/Abstract: The paper discusses selected examples of the concept of integrated promotion used by local governments, which are oriented towards internal customers, i.e. citizens, officials, businesses, interest groups and NGOs functioning in the unit’s territory. The paper identifies opportunities for integration of internal campaigns, good practices and the reasons for the implementation of the objectives of internal promotional campaign prior to the planned marketing actions (including promotion) focused on external customers.
