Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the trends of market developments, changes in the behavior of customers, new directions in services marketing and basing on this perspective – the changes and directions of development of transport services marketing. Comprehensive changes in the transport business environment cause redefining the market orientation. There is also the change in the classic concept of marketing on the transport market. The purpose of the considerations in this paper is to indicate the directions of development of marketing of transport services on the basis of critical analysis and synthesis of the literature presented views.
