Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the consumer behaviors on the passenger transport services market. The considerations are referenced to the following transport branches: rail, road and air. The aim of the paper is the demonstration of the specific behaviors of passenger transport services’ consumers in the context of factors which determines their decisions and purchasing behaviors. To implement this aim following research methods were used: analysis and synthesis which was combined with logical deduction.
