Summary/Abstract: Customer orientation requires creating relations not only with external customers but also – and probably more importantly – with internal ones. The aim of the paper is to emphasize the importance of creation of internal relations when building employees’ loyalty. In particular, attention is paid to trust as a basis of Relationship Marketing as well as to all the activities which contribute to strengthening the relations inside organizations. Considerations are based on subject literature and knowledge of the authors.
