Summary/Abstract: The study highlights the selected forms and internal communication tools usedwithin the context of their roles. These roles result from the current conditions of theorganization. The aim of this paper is to make a critical judgment of corporate communicationsolutions, with a particular emphasis on one of the latest technological innovations:Unified Communications (UC). This system is still rare and seldom used in thepractice of Polish companies. Reflections in this paper are based on literature, personalexperience and business observations. These observations were carried out in recentyears with several employees from various companies.
