Summary/Abstract: In the face of changes in the economy, virtualization, internationalization, etc, organizations put emphasis on the development of human resources. More often, business decision-makers treat employees as non-financial equity. Employees, on the other hand, are aware of their rights in the organization and that they are the necessary resource of the subject. These observations do not refer only to entities from the business spheres. In the age of the above mentioned changes, the structure of workers is increasingly diverse in terms of torches, religions, preferences. Organizations are increasingly employing people with disabilities in their ranks. This is possible thanks to the current virtualization of work, the spatial adjustment of buildings to the needs of people with various disabilities, and the introduction and observance of anti-discriminatory procedures. The purpose of this article is to present various forms of employee programs at the Ministry of Transport in London.
