Summary/Abstract: Assumptions of globalization, labour market active mobility, labour market and education contents internationalization make significant influence on development and upraising of professional education system participants’ values. Especially significant to this process is the shifting of pedagogic technologies, when teacher’s real interaction with student is changed into imitated, virtual environment, limiting direct communication conditions for educator and student. Under such circumstances educators often raise the following problematic questions: ... how devaluation of direct interaction between student’s and teacher’s personalities will influence the development of student’s values ? ... how to ensure teaching of profession, using modern technologies, in which should be reflected not only cognitive (epistemologic), but also value (acsiologic) professional education contexts? ... how the creators of e-teaching products, supplying their services to student, will evaluate his/her individuality and will develop it? ... how will be reflected in professional education contents of the principle “diversity unity, but not uniformity”, when creating inter-European space of professional education.
