Summary/Abstract: In article I suggest new interpretation of name of river Świna as old folding of words pie. *h1su- ‘good’ and *h1ei- ̯ ‘go, move’ with expansion of suffix *-n-. Integrity meant: ‘good passage’ on the sea or *‘good Ina’. If the extension element h1éi-̯/ *h1i- ‘go’ considered derivative *h1éi-̯sh2- / *h1i-sh2- ‘rush’ is analogous to the group hydronyms can add the names of rivers Issa, Isar, *Isonta and others.
