Summary/Abstract: Conţinutul comunicărilor realizate de angajat la locul de muncă în legatura cu chestiuni personale sunt acoperite de noţiunile de „viaţă privată” şi „corespondenţă”, prin urmare, în împrejurări similare celor reţinute în cauza Bărbulescu c. României, articolul 8 din Convenţie este aplicabil. The content of the employee’s workplace communications on personal issues are covered by the notions of „private life” and „correspondence”, therefore, in circumstances similar to those observed in the case of Bărbulescu v. Romania case, Article 8 of the Convention is applicable.
