Insurance Guarantee – an Opportunity for Small Construction Companies?

Summary/Abstract: Purpose – This article aims to assess the possibility of using an insurance guarantee by companies in the construction industry. Design/methodology/approach – When writing the article, the following test methods: literature studies, analysis and inference. It was also necessary reports and data and information published on the official website. Findings – The analysis found that the insurance guarantee is difficult to access for small operators construction industry, which are the most interested in this type of instruments. Large entities operating in the construction industry without a problem they can get insurance guarantee, but its usefulness is much lower, and in most cases simply unnecessary.
