Coopetition of public higher education

Summary/Abstract: This paper presents reflections on the public activities coopetition in the institutions of higher education. The paper presents the specificity of public higher education, discusses the essence of coopetition as a combination of cooperation and competition and identifies characteristics of coopetition that prove the separation of this type of relationship. The article also shows an example of coopetitive relations joining public higher education.
