Summary/Abstract: The first quarter of XX century is characterized by creating of huge quantity of diversified experimental art groups in the Soviet atmosphere. L. Alexeeva studio is one of them that got special meaning for it and founded a unique system of developing expressionistic dance move. The aim of this article is to research basic points of L. Alexeeva technique. We investigated pedagogical and art activity of choreographer and innovator, investigated the main stages of her work in creating ‘harmony gymnastics’ aka regulated system.
