Summary/Abstract: The aim of these study is to analyze the quality of working life at the level of criteria and its relation with some demographic characteristics of the workers in healthcare organizations. For this purpose, Egorishin's "Quality of working life" questionnaire was adapted. The results have shown that it is necessary to improve QWL. Links have been revealed between the QWL criteria surveyed and some of the key demographic characteristics.
