Summary/Abstract: Pressing questions of an estimation of the conclusion of judicial examination of the goods rise. Requirements when on the basis of results of estimated activity there is a practical possibility of use of a conclusion of judicial examination of the goods in the course of use of proofs are allocated. It is specified, that the expert's statement from judicial examination of the goods can be used in the course of use of proofs, if it: admits ought, capable to confirm existence or absence of circumstances which are subject to an establishment; it is recognised by proved and authentic, and can be used for an establishment of the certain facts in criminal manufacture; does not break a rule about an admissibility of a source of proofs.
