Se evidențiază atribuțiile centrului internațional PAC din Paris și se menționează publicațiile de referință ale IFLA privind prezervarea și conservarea. The aspects regarding the worldwide preservation and conservation are developed both through. Preservation and Conservation Core Programme and the Section under the same title. This article offers a general view on the accomplishments of the Preservation and Conservation Core Programme, from its foundation, doubled by the perspectives of the PAC Section, it underlines the attributes of the international center in Paris, as well as of the regional centers and it mentions the important IFLA publications regarding preservations regarding preservation and conservation.
