Summary/Abstract: Odată cu încheierea activităților programului Accesul Universal la Publicații,în anul 2003, unele obiective ale acestui program au fost preluate de Secțiunea de Furnizare de Documente și Împrumut Interbibliotecar. Studiul face trimitere la atelierele de lucru regionale desfășurate pe tema accesului universal la publicații, precum și la recentele conferințe IFLA legate de împrumutul interbibliotecar național și internațional. Sunt analizate, în același timp, recomandările IFLA privind împrumutul interbibliotecar și instrucțiunile pentru folosirea formularelor de cerere sau fotocopiere ale IFLA. In 2003, when The Core Programme for Universal Availability of Publications closed its activity, the general objectives where taken over by the Document Delivery and interlending Section. The study refers to the regional workshops proceeded on the subject of Universal Avaliability of Publications. , as well as the most recent IFLA Conferences related to interlibrary lending. In the same time, the study analizes the recommendations regarding ILL and the instructions for the IFLA requests or photocopy forms.
