Summary/Abstract: Pornography is a general term that usually applies to graph representations with sexually explicit content. Whether it is committed offline or online, the crime of child pornography seriously harms the child’s rights. Throughout this study, the authors analyze the concept of child pornography from the legal and doctrinal perspective.
