Summary/Abstract: The article makes an attempt at describing the influence of economic maturity process on the organisation business results (enterprise, institution). Firstly, it shows the essence of organisation process maturity and methods used to define it. It pays attention to process management, which by permanent improvement leads to maturity increase and organisation efficieny progress. It also shows benefits of using process management on different maturity levels. Moreover, it presents research results demonstrating the relation between organisation process maturity and its essentials business results (rates). Finally the article presents conclusions and pieces of advice and indicates further research fields in this area.
