The educational function of the media in today's society

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to analyse the way in which the media continues and completes school education by participating in the formation of a democratic society through the manifestation of an educational role. Therefore, we consider the relationship between the media and education by identifying the effects of the media products on the individual's personality development and their contribution to his social integration.
