Summary/Abstract: The author has indicated the sense and the main features of the investment partnerships for human capital reproduction. The article describes advantages of the partnerships as a model of investing in human development, which provides the synergetic collaboration of investors, and the main organizational forms. The author substantiates recommendations regarding improvement of legal regulation of the joint investment activity in the area of human capital reproduction.
