Summary/Abstract: The article describes the course of life in emigration of the teacher and translator Grigory Leonidovich Lozinsky. The material is prepared on the basis of documents of archive of the Research center of countries of Eastern Europe at University of Bremen. Revealed are the main directions of pedagogical activities of Lozinsky, his work at the Russian school gymnasium in Paris, at the Russian scientific institute, the Russian academic group. His public work aimed at helping refugees children from Russia as well as his activities at teachers' meeting of the Russian school gymnasium in Paris and the Central Pushkin committee are touched upon. Special attention is paid to Lozinsky's work in scientific and philosophical society, the publication of scientific articles and books. Some unknown sides of his life are mentioned: the participation in the translation of «Don Quixote» of Cervantes, the support of the Russian priests on Alaska. Noted is his special relationship with pupils, his help and support of them.
