Summary/Abstract: The delimitation of the legal institution of administration of the property of others by comparing it against other institutions to which it presents similarities, leads us to the conclusion that the administration of the property of others has a complex legal nature which implies the presence of elements of the analyzed legal institutions (mandate, fiducia, business management, agency etc.) without reducing or confusing it to each of them.
