Juridical nature and basis of administration of someone else’s property

Summary/Abstract: Beyond the "unification" of private law by abandoning the traditional duality on which Romanian law relied on a long period of time, duality which meant the separation of commercial law provisions from those belonging to civil law, through the adoption and entry into force of the new Civil Code some legal institutions which had become outdated were "upgraded" and, more important, new legal institutions were regulated, such as administration of someone else’s property, fiducia, periodic property, matrimonial property regime etc.
