Summary/Abstract: The present study aims to punctually present some of the legal dispositions of the Civil Procedure Code of February 13th 2013, as well as the difficulties arising in their application and also, besides critiques and reasoned comments, advances some de lege ferenda suggestions, to be used in the future by the legislator.
