Summary/Abstract: In this dissertation, the author seeks the essence of upbringing and upbringing values of the ChineseThree Treatise School, namely Sanlung Zong. Referring to the hermeneutic method, he reviews the treatises of Nāgārjuna and Ayurveda, and also the works of the Chinese masters of this school – Sengzao, Daosheng, and also Jizang. As it was revealed, the school in question constitutes a link between philosophically-oriented Indian Buddhism and Chinese, intuitive Buddhism.The methods of instruction emerging within this school clearly evolve in the direction of the specific character of instruction of the school of Chan and Zen. Comparative studies into the contents of the school in question and contemporary pedagogics, first and foremost, made visible analogies with a more profound understanding of the identity of a human being, the application of the following methods: hermeneutic and phenomenological in upbringing, and also with the pluralism and deconstructionism of post-modernistic pedagogics.
