Analysis of the cost of specialized construction works

Summary/Abstract: This article aims to analyse the costs of specialized construction work provided by the firm from the construction industry. To write the article the following test methods were necessary: literature studies, analysis and inference. A case study was also used. A small company operating in Poland and performing specialized construction services was examined. An analysis of the specificity of companies providing specialized construction services and a definition of the essence of these services were presented. We analyzed the cost structure occurring in the construction companies engaged in specialized construction work. The value of the article is to separate the structure of costs occurring in the construction companies engaged in specialized construction work and to identify the problems faced by this type of a unit.
