Summary/Abstract: The main contradictions of the contemporary stage of development were characterized.A key role of a human in the determination of reference points of the further development was proved. The sustainable global development of the human civilization is possible only in terms of its dependency on human’s interests, development, and the qualitative enhancement of a human life.
