Summary/Abstract: Problem solving format of relations between the two countries in the former Soviet Union – Russia and Ukraine – is rather complicated and controversial. Intransigence of both sides in the first years of independence, mutual accusations at different levels – all of which resulted in inhibition establishing friendly and good neighborly relations. This question covered in this article.
