Summary/Abstract: The critical infrastructure issue is a relatively new field of extreme importance for the good progress and development of a state, and for this reason, it must be given more and more attention. All the states enhance their interest regarding critical infrastructures, and Romania, as a member state of international organizations, must do the same thing, considering the fact that infrastructure condition, especially critical infrastructure condition, from our country must be improved.
