Entrepreneurship as a school subject: between the real and the liberal education

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to present the specific character of the real and the liberal education and their mutual relations in the context of modern school curriculum. Hence the Author has reconstructed the status of entrepreneurship in Polish educational system. The European comparative perspective was also taken into account. The example of unemployment was used to formulate the didactic demands regarding the course of entrepreneurship as a school subject which reflects the principles of the real and the liberal education.
