Summary/Abstract: In ethnomusicological research, a morphological and syntactical analysis of traditional vocal songs can be accomplished with the help of analytical notes. After the extraction of such elements as melody, rhythm, form, and versification, we can notice resemblances and differences among the repertoires belonging to the same genre.
