Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of the traditional culture of the Old Believers residing in Bulgaria in the village Tataritsa (Southern Dobruja). The author analyzes peculiarities of the folklore tradition and the Bulgarian influence on it as well as the ceremonial lexis and terminology; archaic features which remain in the ceremonies are also elucidated. Particular attention is paid to the popular cult of St. Nicholas.
