Summary/Abstract: This paper concerns the protection of fundamental values such as security, as well as public, architectural, and spatial order. These values can already be seen through the prism of restrictions on freedom of the construction. The protection of these values is particularly valuable for society and is one of the characteristics attributed to the construction police. Important role in this area is entrusted to the construction police, an institution associated with identifying and preventing threats affecting the overall safety and order in the construction industry.
