Summary/Abstract: The article presents how the benefits and costs associated with the introduction of the power market will be spread across the different target groups - industry, services, small and medium-sized enterprises and households. The author hypothesizes that the biggest benefits will be for large consumers (with an electrical connection of over 300 kW). However, it is difficult to point out the benefits to households. For them, avoiding the power supplies level 20 does not give any direct cash benefits, as they are not subject to energy restriction. They pay relatively high fees for providing power. They cannot in any way use the demand control to reduce their charges for power.The analysis suggests a recommendation to stimulate consumers and suppliers by strengthening the price signal as a first choice tool in energy policy.
