Summary/Abstract: In the present article, entitled "The importance of risk analysis within the managerial process", we first defined the concept of “risk”, then we highlighted the significance of risk identification, which includes the factors, the circumstances and the potential results of this process; the correlation between information and decision-making leads to a correct managerial control.
